This gentle approach was perfect for me. Small movements created a focused awareness of each muscle and joint required to perform these movements but also greater motor/postural movements. After each session, I felt centred, grounded, stronger and more upright. Alina creates a gentle pace and fluidity with every lesson.

Why take a class where we are encouraged to do less and make smaller movements? For me the Feldenkrais Method combines meditation with movement, and I am a more relaxed version of myself at the end of the class, leaving in a blissful state and lowering my baseline level of stress on into the day.
